- Hyper Chaos
- (HyperCard Stack)
- A. J. Roberts

-
- HyperChaos is a collection of HyperCard stacks to introduce a variety of
- topics usually associated with the broader term of chaos. It comes with
- two readme documents and New Century Schoolbook fonts.
-
- The top card has 7 menu selections: State Space, Strange Attractors,
- Subharmonic Cascade, Intermittancy, Quasi-periodicity, More Complex Chaos,
- and Data Analysis. It also contains a button to plot a rotating graph
- of the Lorenz attractor. Each selection calls another HyperCard stack
- with selections of subtopics. There are numerous examples and graphs
- where the user can assign parameters and then plot. Many descriptions
- are brief, but they are usually sufficient to explain the phenomenon
- illustrated by the examples.
-
- The stack is very well written and ideal for an introduction to a wide
- range of topics associated with chaos.
